Terms and Conditions
1. For 'Standard' Clothing and Accessories
The contract between us: We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by LONDON LEATHERS part of RELTEX, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
This includes but not limited to;
1.1 Us assuring you that items purchased by you are as shown and described on the website (minor differences outstanding and as described in 1.4)
1.2 You accept that we offer limited warranty repair (or replacement) for our products which is dealt with on a case by case basis and that all sale/clearance marked items are exempt from warranty repair and replacement
1.3 Us assuring you that items purchased by you are promptly shipped within time-frame advised in the 'order in progress' email sent to you within 72 hours of time of purchase
1.4 You accepting that items on display on website may be subject to minor differences in description and pictures (i.e. leather colour shade may differ slightly, or inherent blemishes) caused by either;
1.4.1 Screen resolution or item colour due to colour die fluctuation from batch to batch leather supply
1.4.2 Leather being a natural material therefore is subject to minor change from hide to hide batch including naturally occurring skin blemishes, fly bites, nicks and animal wound marks etc (although every effort is made to repair and successfully treat leathers during the tanning process, some minor marks may remain which should not be considered as a fault but inherent to the natural beauty and authenticity of the leather garment
1.4.3 Invisible and minor visible product enhancement including but not limited to upgrading the interior lining material/colour, fastening, new garment labelling and packaging etc.
1.4.4 You accept that shipping times are a minimum 10-15 working days (on average for mainland UK) unless stated otherwise at time of order

2. For 'Custom Made' Clothing
2.1 For the creation of Custom Made leathers, you can provide a combination of letters and change the colours of a product and possibly change other features. This option is available for certain products only. Although we accept the majority of "Custom Made” orders as given on our website, we are unable to accept all of them. Some orders may contain logos and artwork which we consider to be inappropriate or which we are un-willing to combine with our products. While we reserve the right to reject your order for the personalisation of our goods, you agree that you will be exclusively responsible for the commissioned work. If, at our discretion, your order is not acceptable, we shall have the right to reject your order or to cancel your purchase at a later time; in this case, you will be informed by e-mail.
2.2 You shall guarantee (by accepting these terms at checkout) that the personalisation of our products according to your order does not violate any third-party rights and that you are entitled to assign this right to us. You shall agree that no intellectual property rights result from your personalisation. If you have intellectual property rights, these will be transferred to us. To the extent to which such transfer is invalid, you shall grant us an exclusive and limited licence free of charge to use you personalisation as well as to copy, process, amend and present it in public, to digitalise, produce and to distribute it as well as the right to sublicense this right (or parts of it).
2.3 You agree that you have no right to assert any claim against us or other parties if personalisations identical or similar to yours are used or planned by others.
2.4 Please consider a production size and design tolerance of +/- 1mm/0.04 inches and +/- 1gr/0.04oz for our any Custom Made order. All measurement values are based on the conversion from the metric system. The measurement values are based on measuring devices which we use at our Factory base
2.5 Since this is a custom-made product manufactured on the basis of your specifications, you have no right to revoke, cancel or return your order for a refund. We may offer a replacement in exceptional circumstances. This may incur additional charges and are dealt with on a case by case basis. Any legal warranty rights shall not be affected by this.
3. Our right to refuse your order
3.1 We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order for any reason including, without limitation and whether or not payment has been received by us, if:
3.1.1 We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
3.1.2 We do not deliver to your area
3.1.3 One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers
3.1.4 You have made an item(s) modification request or given delivery instructions at checkout that we are unable to follow though with
3.2 If we do refuse your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
4.1 The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website
4.2 You may be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out in our website
4.3 All orders are processed in GBP/USD or EURO (as chosen by you) and are fixed as prices displayed at time of order
5. Right for you to cancel your contract
5.1 You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you ordered the goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. This excludes custom suit and custom jacket orders which cannot be cancelled if your order is 'in production' status
5.2 To cancel your contract you must notify us by email to 'email@example.com'
5.3 If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Procedure for sending back goods will be outlined by the RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) that will be sent to you in the form of a PDF document, once you have contacted us to cancel your contract or request a refund or exchange. Excludes 'custom' suit and 'custom' jacket orders which are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sale/clearance items are non-exchangeable but covered by our distance selling regulation refund policy
5.4 Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract subject to , any sum debited to us from your order will be returned/reversed back to your account in the same method payment was made
5.5 If your item has already been dispatched, the shipping charge incurred by us will be deducted from your refund. Furthermore if the cancellation is for a customised/modified item, the cost of the customisation will be deducted from the total refund
5.6 For all refund requests over 28 days from date of order a fixed 10% re-stocking deduction will apply to the refund with the exception of an exchange item request. Full return and exchange information provided here
