Details of Custom Options:

Design : If you can't see what you like or require a replica of your own design choose 'CUSTOM', the markup price will cover the additional cost of work required to replicate your unique design. You will need to email us as must detail as possible (i.e. pictures/sketches) so we can replicate as close as possible your submitted design. We will email you back in reply with confirmation and discuss any alterations if necessary prior to starting your order.

Suit Type: Chose if you want a 1 or 2 piece suit. All designs shown can be supplied in either type however come as standard as a 2 piece suit

Race Hump: If you require a pro racer race / speed back hump then pick this option. A hump cannot be added on at a later stage as its non-removable and stitched on as with the metal body sliders see here for a example

Metal Body Sliders: If you require cool looking pro racer metal body sliders for your suit then definitely get these added on, and they also make the suit really expensive looking. 6 sliders are installed on suit, 2 for shoulders, 2 for elbows and 2 for knees, for an example see here

Additional Information: If you like a particular design but want to change a colour (i.e. you like design 9 and want the green section to be blue instead), and add or remove logos and lettering, include a brief description in text box and if need be, follow on with more detail at checkout in the notes box or email us. Note: standard colours that can be applied are as shown on the colour palette

Custom Detailing: Select accordingly if you wanted your name/nickname/company name (or any other letters) on front or back of suit as stitched on or directly embroidered on suit. If you want some sponsor/company logos added to suit then select from the options the number of badges you require and then email us the designs and badge location instructions prior to checkout

Height: Head to toe measurement without shoes on

Weight: Approximate weight required to gauge correct size ratio

Chest Size: Measure around chest under armpits with T-shirt on

Waist Size: Measure loosely around your waist (not hips)

Inside Leg: Measure exactly from groin to ankle (not floor)

STANDARD FEATURES: All custom made suits are supplied in top grade analine treated premium cowhide and with full set of CE approved hard plastic shell foam backed armour inserts that are removable.

HOW TO MEASURE UP

1) Measurements indicated in RED in illustration below are critical to get right prior to ordering your size on the product page. If in doubt please contact us for advise

2) Measurements indicated in GREEN (and 'Jacket Waist Circumference' from size guide tables but not shown in illustration below) are for reference only

3) If your height is 'up to' 2 inches outside the range for your jacket or suit measurements in size guide tables, then you must provide your height and weight in the Additional Information' box at checkout. There may be a small additional surcharge to make the size adjustments to your order

4) If your height (or any other measurement in GREEN) is 'more than' 2 inches different to the size guide table measurements, please contact us for details on our made to measure service

5) The jacket length in the two piece suit combination is 1.5" shorter in length and also 1" narrower at the waist compared to regular jacket, and the shorter biker jacket version will be supplied (instead of the regular jacket) if a regular biker jacket is chosen with a optional trouser as an add-on in product options

0.9/1.0 mm thick top grain kangaroo leather specifically tanned for racing leather suits.

Of the many species of Kangaroo, many are protected in their habitat. However the unchecked reproduction of the largest breed has resulted in massive over-population and regular culls are carried out under the supervision of the Australian authorities allowing for free trade access to the best leather hide available on the market

Kangaroo leather is far more abrasion resistant than cowhide of the same thickness (check wiki facts here) and offers an incredible lightness and softness, perfect for those riders seeking the very best comfort and mobility for their races. This is because unlike cows and buffalo, Kangaroos only sweat through their tails and therefore there are no pores in the hide. Special tanning and drying methods mean kangaroo hide is resilient to moisture and so less likely to loose its shape or degrade over time

Kangaroo reaches 800 revolutions on the Martindale machine (P180 Sandpaper), while the tear strength is 80 N.
